Q. When will I receive my Loyalty discount ?

A. Once you have registered to our online store and informed us you wish to join our loyalty scheme, we then enter your discount to your account and it is deducted automatically from your order at point of sale. If you order by email or phone it will be deducted from your invoice.

Q. How do I get back to my previous page when I am in the shopping cart area ?

A.   In the cart page click the wording ' Back to Previous Page'

Q. In the shopping cart area how do I get back to the main Categories page ?

A.   By clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button.

Q. I can not find what I am looking for in the shop ?

A.  In the shop area,try typing your product details into the 'Search Shop'  box and click 'Go'

Q. You do not seem to stock what I am looking for ?

A.  Please contact us, we will probably be able to obtain it for you. If you use the product

      on a regular basis we would more than likely take it into stock.
