Q. When will I receive my Loyalty discount ?

A. Once you have registered to our online store and informed us you wish to join our loyalty scheme, we then enter your discount to your account, each products net price will be reduced by your set discount. If you order by email or phone it will be deducted from your invoice.

Q. I can not find what I am looking for in the shop ?

A. Try typing your product details into the 'Search'  box

Q. You do not seem to stock what I am looking for ?

A.  Please contact us, we will probably be able to obtain it for you. If you use the product

      on a regular basis we would more than likely take it into stock.
